Part of being a good parent is accepting your child the way he is, so when a 3-year-old girl is asking for a poop-themed birthday party, you better deliver!
"For months, every time we mentioned her party, Audrey requested 'poop' balloons and a poop cake,'" the girl's mom Rebecca told Huffington Post. "I tried suggesting other themes, but she always insisted on poop."
The family held the party at their home in St. Louis and invited guests to "pin the poop", enjoy a poop emoji-designed pinata with Tootsie Rolls and Hershey's Kisses inside, and receive whoopee cushion favors. If that wasn't enough, Rebecca even dressed in a poop costume.
"I expected the grandparents to question it, but they all just laughed when I told them," mom recalled. She said that everyone loved the toilet-proud party but most importantly it made her daughter happy. "Audrey is definitely her own person. I hope she always has the confidence she has now."
