Having always been interested in the gobbledygook and the nonsensical, Mushroomalice began posting dreamy collages in 2010, complete with accompanying rhymes, scattered across on various platforms. After a decade, there are now hundreds of images that have been viewed multiple times around the world.
The name Mushroomalice itself a play of words between mushroom, alice and malice, it seeks to capture the darker side of the whimsical, while keeping it's childlike innocence through the contrasting elements in the imageries. Consisting of surreal designs and accompanying rhymes that reminds one of the magical world of Alice in Wonderland, the reader is transported into a world that is both familiar and otherworldly, sparking imagination of a different universe.
There is no correct sequence to read the imageries and rhymes, where each story is both individual and a whole at the same time.
