We spent our childhoods by playing outside from dawn 'til dusk, to the point of our parents struggling to get us inside the house for dinner. And we were inspired to do so by the fearless adventures that happened in fairytales and cartoons: Jack climbing the beanstalk and stealing the golden laying goose, Peter Pan defending Neverland with the Darlings and Little Red Riding Hood standing up to the wolf.
All of those adventures started with the heroes leaving the house.
But what if Hercules acted like most kids today and played video games all day? What if Cinderella stayed in to watch TV all night instead of going to the ball?
