Amelim exhibited at Milan SalonSatellite 2012 with a light and darkness installation. Visitors entered an intimate space sealed off from light where the lighting sculptures cast a warm light for 15 seconds and then all turned off simultaneously. The 15-second cycle allowed the sculptures to self-charge and showcase the Glow lighting transformations.They became a network of glow-in-the-dark floating shapes creating sensation of an underwater world. The visitors witnessed a repeating lighting spectacle that also transformed the design and configuration.
