The Northern Spotted Owl Breeding Program, located in Langley BC, has some good news to share!
We have announced the birth of some chicks this year and a live stream. We hope that the public will enjoy watching this incredibly rare owl family thrive over the next few weeks. With fewer than ten wild individuals left in Canada, each chick is so important for the population recovery of this endangered species. As a non-profit program, we hope that local groups will help spread this good news to brighten people's days!
