Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago is all about customer service, even if it means creating some political irony. 29-year-old data analyst Jon Lorenzini booked it for his business trip, and knowing that visitors can request photos in their rooms, Jon phoned them and asked for a framed picture of Hillary Clinton.
To his surprise, the wish was granted and the staff placed a really presidential-looking portrait of the Democratic Party candidate next to the bed. "I feel bad for the person who has to run these errands but in a way it's one more employee they have to pay so I don't feel TOO bad," Jon said.
Lorenzini explained that he was curious to see how a Trump business, that didn't file Chapter 11 for bankruptcy, operated. "I hate to admit how much I like it. It is honestly the best hotel I have stayed at and the customer service was top notch."
Prior to his arrival, Jon phoned Trump International Hotel and Tower and asked for a "framed photo of Hillary Clinton"
