Tell the HOA that bees and insects are essential for life, and are protected by International Law. I doubt they will know enough to prove otherwise.

probably during hunting season. Most hunters don't butcher their own meat, and pay a professional instead.
the word also refers to the washcloth-substitute, in America at least.

Another possibility: women use public toilets less frequently than men.
I'm not sure what this is implying, but I have three guesses. First, that there are so many more men than women at that university, which is the one I think was probably meant. Also, though, there's the possibility that the male population is rougher on their surroundings than the female population. Finally, I thought perhaps the women know that you're supposed to push the door open using the metal plate that's been attached to it specifically to prevent this damage, while the men are either careless or ignorant.
