Unless done for medical reasons, as in there's some kind of problem, circumcision is purely cosmetic. There's no reason to remove a healthy functioning body part on an infant or child. If they want to cosmetically alter their body as an adult that's their choice but parents should not be permanently modifying their children's bodies simply for aesthetic reasons.
