yeah sorry about that what I was saying we need to hold people accountable instead of just locking them up and letting them out worse then before they went so they can do the same thing again..... what if they had places where they sent people instead of prisons or build a b better system like Norway has
no what I am saying is what could be built instead of prisons they don't stop s**t they don't fix the issues they don't hold people accountable
