Some Anti-Abortion Folks Were Not Ready To See That A Pregnancy At 6 Weeks Doesn’t Have A Growing Embryo And Is Only Bodily Tissue

I'm not saying I don't believe that you're a pathologist, but I just want to point out that it's spelled "embryonic sac", not "embrionic sac". I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're not from and English speaking country but it would be pretty surprising that someone could become a pathologist spelling "embryonic" wrong on exams.

There is an embryo in the images it's just much much smaller than cgi medical images lead people to believe. While there is differentiation of tissue (a precursor to organ formation) the organs in an eight week old embryo are neither fully functional nor easily identifiable by the naked eye. It also looks kind of like a tadpole imo, if you grew it to the size of a normal human people would freak out.

The question of "does she want to be a mother or not" is an extremely small question in the grand scheme of things. A lot of times, women who do get abortions do want to be mother's. It should be will this baby kill her, was this baby conceived by force, does the mother/father have genetic markers that could cause harm to the baby, is the mother/father financially/mentally stable to provide for a child? I had to have an abortion with my first pregnancy, and I very much wanted to be a mother at that time. That is the issue with prolife, it is all black and white with that group and it is not.

The fact the man is trying to figure out how to solve this while standing next to a sign that reads 'plan b' makes me inexplicably pleased 🤷‍♀️

30 Predictions From "Retro Future" That Were Either A Hit Or A Miss
30 Predictions From "Retro Future" That Were Either A Hit Or A Miss

One thing I appreciate about this is both individuals are equally underdressed. Too often female characters get a bikini while male characters get practical coverage. But this guy forgot his pants too.

'HR Is Not Your Friend': Employees Share How They Learned This Lesson The Hard Way (40 Pics)

Problem is, if nobody complains the harassment will continue. Soon enough, finding a new job won't mean escaping harassment. For those who are able to, reporting sexual harassment to the right people can really help the next person who has their job.

I have mixed feelings about this. I get the sentiment behind it and it's a touching story. But I feel like saying you have done Kintsugi on him says that he was broken and needed to be fixed, to be better.

Portuguese Artist Creates Noir Posters To Honor The Oscar Nominees For The Best Film
Portuguese Artist Creates Noir Posters To Honor The Oscar Nominees For The Best Film

The goal of the oscars is not to celebrate diversity in film. Although diversity is important, films should not be considered over others based purely on the gender of the director/ actors. There are plenty of wonderful films directed by women, but this does not automatically put them in higher importance as compared to others. Just because something is different does not mean it is better. Perhaps next year there will be an Oscar worthy film directed by a woman, but the films mentioned in this article, despite being written/ directed by men, deserve to be recognized this time around.
