Cancer is an illness as well as a health issue. Why wouldn't PTSD or depression be both as well? I am confused about why it matters. It feels like stigmatizing something that either way you can't control. Be it a brain tumor or the chemicals in your brain going differently because maybe you are a soldier who had a really scary, awful tour in a war torn country, your "health" is affected and you are going through an "illness".
