57 Times Karma Did Its Job As Soon As It Could, And It Was Pretty Quick

I was walking to work on a fairly busy road. A group of lads were catcalling me. But their faces when I turned around. I was eight months pregnant, but all the bulk was in front. I laughed and kept walking.

Why the heck would you even let him in?? Probably would've been more satisfying and embarrassing for him if his former co-workers kicked him out and reminded him of all the reasons he was fired, in front of his friends 😈

Ah the beauty of living in a house with my own washing machine and dryer and a garden for a washing line lol

40 Safety Tips For Women Living Alone That Might Save Your Life

If you have a nosy neighbor (the kind that wants to know everything) you might want to casually mention that you keep nothing of value at home, that everything valuable is in bank accounts or in safety deposit boxes. That the only valuable thing is the laptop from work, which is tracked and can easily be found if lost or stolen. (Well, my laptop is not "tracked", but it was worth seeing her face 😄)

He’s not wrong. And bring on the downvotes but he was the most enlightened president the US has had in a long time.

My family had four members, three were vaxxed, three survived the covid times. Guess which. (Grandma wasn't some staunch antivaxxer, she just didn't feel the need to take it as she was immobile and basically never left the house anymore. Then she had to go to a hospital, caught it there and the rest is history.)

79 Times Someone Said Something So Absurd With A Straight Face Nobody Knew How To Respond

My neighbour, who is a baptist minister (and therefore believes in fairy tales) is convinced that plane trails are cloud seeding. I haven't pushed him on how they can seed clouds that aren't there in a clear sky.

"I Couldn't Breathe": 86 Stories From People Who Survived The Worst Illnesses Imaginable

This sounds like when I get my "groupings" of really bad migraines, every couple of months. I get "regular" migraines frequently, especially around my period, but every few months I get brutal ones that make me actively wish to díe. The pain is horrific, and every single sound is like a physical punch, light is painful, and every sensation on my skin is agony. I've tried every medication out there and have seen tons of doctors, specialists, etc. There's no easily-treatable reason for them. They really súck because while I know I'll obviously survive them and I'm not actually dyíng, the pain is so bad that I can't move/do anything, but it's also so bad that I can't fall asleep. So sometimes I lose entire days to a screaming void of pain. Good times!
