Teacher chooses a select number of students, and say heads down thumbs up, the chosen students will touch the thumbs of one child each, and then stand at the front of the room, and when the chosen have finished, the teachers will say thumbs down stand up, and the students whose thumbs were touched will stand while the others stay seated, then one by one the students guess who touched their thumbs, if they chose right they stand up front while the chosen who touched them sit down
Until that becomes your every day reality and you can’t do much else because your body is too broken to do anything. And you literally have to set goals like, stand up for 10 seconds, step outside at least once, tell yourself you are good enough…..
