Well this actually looks like real Carbonara. Only things allowed in a real Italian Carbonara: raw eggs, bacon, cheese, pepper, cheese and a little bit of the pasta water. Things not supposed to be in a real Carbonara: cream and other stuff. Although, I agree that the packaging is not ideal.
