Oml, I have neighbors like this too! Those stupid kids only scream. My son used to be friends with them, and they're also racist and like homophobic and transphobic. He is gay and trans, so this really bugs me. Once they were being transphobic and misgendering him for "fun" and I came outside because I noticed an argument going on, and they scurried away and hid behind a bush like the rats they are. One of them said "I wasn't misgendering *her*" like, you just did in that sentance. Thankfully, my son went inside and hasn't spoken with them since. Most of them are not black, but they all say the N word. Their screaming is so loud I'm constantly looking outside to make sure a child isn't getting murdered. They also like to do something that my son told me is called "ding dong ditching", where they ring the doorbell and run off. They stopped after my wife told them she would tell their parents.
