Of course the right mirrors the left, but the rendering on the left looks as though the materials had not been applied before this image was emailed out.
It's a design engineer who draws these buildings in Revit. Graphic designers focus on print media and multi media designs.

It is strange to Americans as well
I am fairly sure it is innards and not inwards, but we have something similar in Germany too.
