Marie de Beaucourt is an illustrator from Paris, represented by Cosmopola Berlin. She graduated from Central Saint Martins in London. The main body of her portfolio captures the natural world. Delicate portraits, botanical and animal illustrations mix elements of decorative art with a detailed realism. Her practice is inspired by intricate Medieval friezes and the faded colours of Renaissance frescoes, giving her work a poetic patina.
