I've seen it done before on a smaller scale. I think it can be done but would have to start from the top with progressive schools leading the way foreward.

I agree. The system is intended to be the same for everyone, but we are all individuals with individual learning needs and interests. Definitely agree with your "dumbing us down" statement - it's something I have seen in my teaching career and also something that has motivated this series. Ken Robinson has also been a great inspiration both for this work and in my teaching.
