40 Times People’s Birthdays Went Terribly Wrong (New Pics)

Ugh! Not quite the same, but after flying 2000 miles, driving 500 more, my mother 1) tried to leave me at a park (it was raining so she was in the car as i looked for something 2) 5 minutes into the whole cake/party scene, she turned on an old inappropriate movie 3) 5 minutes after that she turns to me and yells, "When are you going to die?!" Not what she meant, but it is what she said. I don't spend my birthday with my family anymore.

Wow. I wouldn't give them any more of your time or energy; that's horrific.

Hey Pandas, What Has Your Family Done To Promote Your "Black Sheep" Status? (Closed)

My sister has a friend who is the black sheep in her family. Her immediate family is fine, but the extended family are not. Her mother is on the outside too, but her dad and brother aren't. I don't think anyone really knows why it started, but it wasn't helped by the fact that she left the scout group (because of the way her family in the group treated her) and joined a nearby one. One of the things I have heard is that when her dad got covid, he got sympathy, but when she also got covid (tested the day after the dad) her family blamed her for picking it up at work and giving it to her dad!
