It also means to work at one room at a time. Pull all furniture out to the centre and search hard for the smallest gaps near the floor. I did that. I always took cats & dog with me and closed the door. One day I was on my knees covering a wee hole near the floor when the cats disturbed a hiding mouse. The wee mouse ran to me and along my arm straight to where I was holding the mouse wire in place. It knew it wasn't getting out that way so ran back along my arm straight into the cat ... who had her claws ready. I hope you get sorted.
