the technique is called "lifting off" there's youtube tutorials for that :) after lifting off the paint i just put in a white dot with white posca pen :)
just practice and give it a time, if you truly want to be good at art then never give up and keep going :)

Your works are absolutely gorgeous! Keep it up! I can certainly relate to being afraid to call my self an artist hence I just call my self an aspiring artist haha. Well done! :D
