I don't know what you're talking about, there have been MANY cases of women of all different demographics being kidnapped and raped (or attempted to) by uber drivers. What is however true is that "upperclass" women are more likely to have their own car or a friend with their own car and therefore less likely to be dependent on ubers. But I'm a middle-class white woman in South Africa and NO woman I know would get into an Uber alone because all of us are scared and we know any of us could be a victim no matter what colour or age we are or how much money we have.
