He could set alarms every 15 mins. It's ridiculous how much you are doing on your own. You can't be sleeping peacefully if you are still on high alert and you need the sleep. Up his responsibility in this team because at the moment he subconsciously or consciously knows, you will always come to the rescue. Maybe change his time and make him take the baby out of the house for his shift. 😉 😜 😘

Why are you opening multiple days at the same time? It's designed specifically to avoid that.
