50 Wild Body Hacks That Surprisingly Actually Work

Place a few bricks or wood under your headboard area. Raising this helps to keep your stomach acid from traveling up and/or into your throat. I am the queen of GERD, thanks to my pregnancy with my oldest. Eating carbs will help absorb a lot acid, too. Sleep sitting up if possible

I was fanatical about my dental health. But once I got pregnant with my first, it went downhill fast. I ended up in the hospital with micro accesses in all my top teeth. Didn't know it at the time, but I had gone septic. 5 days later, they called the dental surgeon back to remove them under my medical insurance. 10 years later, I finally got the bottoms removed. 1 year wait for dentures only to discover they made me throw up constantly. Get them adjusted 5 years later. Got cancer and chemo made them not fit. Take care of your teeth!
