I'm a Seattle native (specifically West Seattle) and I first met both Eddie Vedder and Chris Cornell at the restaurant I worked at, and both were super sweet, extremely kind people who just wanted to be treated like normal people. When I left the restaurant industry and became a manager for the local Blockbuster Video, Chris was a regular and he remembered me, by name and we had a great talking about movies whenever he came in. I miss him and his music so much. Now I own my own small business and Jeff Ament and his partner Pandora and several other local famous musicians, authors and artists are in all the time, and they are all really great! They just want to be normal people while creating great music, art or stories for everyone to enjoy.
