No, it isn't culty stuff or satanic stuff, it is likely decorations and such for the Winter Solstice better known as Yule. Yule is a holiday that was around way before Christmas, that celebrates the longest night and shortest day of the year. And fun fact, many of the traditions celebrated on Christmas were taken from Yule, while Christians were converting and slaughtering Pagans.
