One thing is going through my own stuff and making these posters, but a completely different things - reading your stories! I'm so sorry you had to go through this! Please, look for someone who can support you instead of dipping you deeper! The closest people are not necessarily found inside of the family.

I would get told with by my parents when I told them about how bad my anxiety got. They only started taking me seriously when I began having horrible panic attacks back and forth.

I say this to end a conversation about how poorly I am feeling. It means I will get through this, on my own, don't worry about me. It is meant to push others away, to keep myself safe. I do not want their help.
