I spend far too much time in the hospital as a patient. When it came time to do my industrial design thesis project, I looked at the hospital system to find points of invention. Wanting to improve the experience for patients by actually focusing on them and not their diseases, I noticed that the one object that follows the patient to every part of the hospital is the hospital gown. That's where I decided to start.
