For you who doesn’t know: the seal is an unwritten rule that states that you can not under any circumstances have sexual thoughts or dreams about your closest friend group of the sex that you are attracted to.

Haha, I've never heard it in that context, but where I'm from 'breaking the seal' is something quite different. There is a (mistaken in my opinion) belief that you shouldn't pee as soon as you need to when you are out drinking, because once you do you will need to pee more often. Anyway, what you were talking about- I don't think you can control you sexual thoughts (and definitely not dreams). If you do though, I guess you have to decide whether a) it is something that is an actual feeling, more than just hormones and b) if you want to pursue it. I know some people who believe you definitely shouldn't pursue feelings for people in your close group of friends, but I'm not sure if I agree. I have known many people who have had great long term relationships with people in their friendship group. Two of my best friends married their close friends and my sister's best friend has been dating his gf for 6+ years, which is huge considering he had hopped from girl to girl a lot before that.
