You have a choice to make here. You could go the crazy route and start obsessively trying to find evidence, until your suspicion ultimately consumes any hope for carrying on a healthy relationship (10/10 do not recommend this choice). You can write down the reasons that you feel this way. Really take a hard look at why you feel like your spouse is being unfaithful. Sometimes seeing it written down objectively is helpful to organize your concerns and figure out how all the little things add up. How do you feel about it when you review all the info written down in a list? Does it still seem suspicious?
Talk to your spouse about your concerns, if you feel that they will be responsive and willing to work through this with you (if they're worth the effort). Don't continue the relationship holding onto secret suspicions. That strategy erodes the very foundation of the relationship and it never, ever works out in the end.
