No, just leave it on the back burner until the issue comes up again. I don't think any state has used that since the 1980s. Keep it on the books for prostitutes and d**g addicts. The iffy part of forced sterilization is special needs people. There was a special needs couple in our state that had a baby. They meant well but they were not capable of taking care of the baby. The state was not involved until it became an issue of who takes care of the baby.
