Quitting my job.
It took so much from me to be surrounded with just bad bad people for 8 years. There is not enough money in the world that would make me do that komd of sacrifice again!

Exercising & working out. Thought earlier I didn't have time because of work. Hope I will be able to continue in future also

Taking a good intolerance test to figure out my migraines. Been on pills most of my life and days a week missed chunks of life stuck indoors because doctors could not figure out what was wrong. Took a test and stopped eating the reactive foods and it changed my life. Everyone should do this, my doctors called it coincidence but I’ve not had one since, so happy I could cry. 1 year and no need for anymore pain killers

I stopped being mean to myself and turned off the mean critical voice in my head that was always beating me up. It took time but my goal was to be able talk to myself the way I talked to my best friend instead.

A teacher once told us: "If you don't like something, change it". It seems obvious, but it's actually something we need to think about daily. If something is not to your liking, you do not have to accommodate for it. Take a step back (or forward), and change it!

Cutting a toxic twice divorced coworker out of my life when she tried to give me unsolicited marital advice. Deciding to get my former roommate out when he told me he was absolutely positively addicted to drugs. He ended up overdosing at age 35 anyway.
