i do not love it but i find very useful and practical: the ability to pay with my phone or a card instead of messing around with cash. i also like online shopping, the possibility to find an item for the cheapest (even second hand options) in no time, whenever i want to. especially great in case of books.
hate: social media. i despise it in its current form i only use it with a pseudonym and i dont ever post anything personal.
