The people at work are not your friends. Especially your supervisors or bosses. Do not offer any personal information to them. Don’t tell them about your weekend, your family, your past or even your vacation. Anything you say can be misinterpreted or weaponized against you.

I have two main ones- 1) You can’t change someone unless they are in diapers 2) Adopt a dog first if you and your SO want kids. You’ll find out a lot about each other.

There is no shame in mental illness. If you need help, don’t worry about the stigma associated with the illness—get help. And there is no shame about switching medications. If one doesn’t work for you, make it known to your doctor. They’ll do what they can to get you the right concoction that works best for you.
Also, don’t feel guilty if you cannot get up and do things. Sometimes, just existing counts as self care. If you have to stay in bed and cry to release tension, do it.

1. There might be times in life when your friends & family might not be able to help you or be there for or with you. Sometimes only you can help yourself
2. Dream & have goals. But sometimes you might not be able to achieve your dreams because life is not a fairy tale & everything will not fall in your lap. But keep working towards achieving your dreams and goals

1)Have a hobby
2)Drink lots of water cause it's the root of many health problems.
3)Study hard and be regular.
4)Exercise everyday,even if it's a 10 min walk.
5)Spend your money like a miser but save it like a millionaire.
6)Keep in touch with trusted family members and friends.They'll help y when nobody would.
7)Don't hesitate to see a therapist if u need one.
8)Try to get a permanent relationship rather than a time pass.
9)Remember what ever be the situation,time always moves on whether good or bad ,so be patient.
10)Work very hard towards your goal but if u fail then suppose that life has another plans for you.
11)No matter how much u love a person,never let them take control of your life till death.
12)Learn to forgive,your life will be easier.
13)Follow a religion.Not be orthodox,but accept that there is a higher power and we humans are not omnipotent.

I'm with Helen Mirren on this one - I wish I had learned to say F**k Off sooner. I was put in some horrible situations at work because I thought it would be disrespectful to say no or I just didn't know any better.
