What should I do to convince my parents?

Well, you must be young I suppose. And I don't know what reasons your parents have for not wanting you to. But assuming it's not because you are on punishment or your parents have obligations that mean they can't supervise other minors for...
1: Be flexible about dates, offer to work it in with their schedule.
2: Ask their concerns, and offer a plan how you will alleviate them. Like, many parents don't want mixed-gender sleepovers, agree to only your genders coming over. Offer to accommodate supervision. like letting a parent be in the next room or something. Agree on the specific number of friends allowed to sleep over. Discuss in detail what you believe the sleeping arrangements should be. Ask them what other boundaries they require, and work out at least a compromise.
3: Explain you reasons for wanting one, why you believe you are trustworthy to have one, and if there are any responsibilities you will meet to have one approved (finish chores, homework, whatever).
4: Be receptive to their boundaries. Maybe they want to let you have one, but feel unable or uncomfortable because of their work demands, past sleep overs that caused trouble, lack of space, lack of money to feed the others, etc. Be compassionate and understanding if they have such barriers. See if there is a way to work around them you all agree on, like asking friends to bring a sack lunch, their own blankets, etc.
