How about this: "I love you to bits, but I'm no good with words....." I think your partner knows you and will appreciate everything you say. A memorized phrase suggested by others will not make anyone as happy as something that comes straight from your heart no matter how clumsy it might sound. Maybe you could also think about the things you particularly like about your partner and talk about them.
