My grandmother’s husband. You would think that would make him Grandpa or something but not one of us (3 siblings, 3 cousins) ever called him anything but “Dan”. My grandma married him after my mother and aunt’s father died right around the time I was born (mid ‘70s). In the ‘90s she divorced him and then remarried him. In early ‘00s she was getting ready to divorce him again. Shortly after she kicked him out he murdered my uncle (aunt’s husband). My uncle was the best and this guy was the worst most toxic human I’ve ever encountered.

My mom. She would always fat shame me. I look back at my teenage pictures and I look completely fine! I was like average size for my age!!! My mom would also say things like, “don’t eat so much,” and “you’ll never get a boyfriend if you look like this.”
I always thought that she was just trying to help me. When I told my friends about it, though, they said, “that’s not how a mother is supposed to be!”
I was really surprised and decided not to listen to my mom anymore.
Luckily my dad supported me in everything I did. 😊

My aunt Melissa, shes manic, narcissistic, and expects me to both act like an adult and act like a child. And dont DARE have an opinion that isnt hers, she will lecture you until you want to cry from both anger and fear. I learned never to speak up to her so i dont have a screaming match with her every time i see her
