It was such an amazing experience to see MassKara Festival in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental Philippines. This year's theme was Electric MassKara. Float parade was scheduled in the evening of October 23rd which made Lacson Street lightened with colorful lights, full of huge number of the people with the warmest smiles in the Philippines. These pictures were taken in a mall, though. These were the entries for mask making in Bacolod City.
