I made a peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwich for lunch and reached the bottom of the jar. Among the many things I love about living with animals, I feel good that no food has to go to waste. I put the jar on the floor because I knew I was going to let a dog in the house soon. The dog was going to love finding the surprise and spend a half hour enjoying licking the tasty toy.
The dog never had the pleasure. Many animals live on this farm, and three species (including human) were roaming inside the house at the time. As I ate my sandwich, I noticed movement in the corner of my eye and noticed a fuzzy floof gleefully swinging and dancing with the peanut-butter treat. It only made sense to set the dance to music.
I guess the dog gets the next one.
