We couldn’t have a list of unique hotels without adding one that is literally called “Hotel Unique”. In São Paulo, Brazil, the surrounding scenery will take your breath away, but it won’t be the first thing you notice:

MEXICO: Kokopelli’s Cave

AUSTRIA: Das Park Hotel
We don’t quite know how to describe the next hotel, so we will stick with the word “unique”. The Das Park Hotel in Austria is truly one of a kind, as the rooms are actually old sewerage pipes. We will let you decide whether this one is a “yay” or a “nay”:
Regardless of whether or not you would sleep in one, it is a good marketing ploy and an innovative way to repurpose and recycle!
AFRICA: Hippo Point
