I Found This In Florida On The Beach, I Can Feel Something Rattling In It?

Ok so I was on the beach, digging in the sand. I dug these things up. They have little flat surfaces on them and are kinda stripey. They might have something in them? I'm saying it's either a shell, a seed, or an egg.
