I have been painting for many years. But after having 2 brain surgeries, 3 mini-strokes and a massive heart attack, things changed. My ART brought me back to life in 2018 and I've not stopped painting ever since!! I do all my paintings in acrylic on canvas. That was the medium I chose to stick with after trying many others over the years! If ART hadn't always been a huge part of me, I believe I would have died years ago. So I truly believe that art (no matter what kind) is good for the heart and soul!!
