Fox's baby bump in the music video was confirmed as fake by the baby actor's mother, who took to Instagram to debunk the notion that the actress was pregnant.
“[She’s] my daughter Violet! They spelled her last name wrong; it's Cejka," she confirmed, referring to the end-credits scene that followers of both Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox thought was the name of their supposed future daughter: "Violet Leika."

This time around, the actress uploaded an artistic image of herself, naked and covered in what seems to be black paint, covering her breasts with one hand and holding her pregnant belly with the other. While many fans said they were brought to tears by Machine Gun Kelly's video, in which he's seen reenacting complex moments of his life alongside the actress and crying while hugging her—at the time—fake baby bump, others were disappointed by the stunt and accused her of playing with her fans emotions.
