They only drank a few sips from the water fountain in the middle of the day and that’s it. How were schools not getting busted for child hurting for forcing kids to be dehydrated?

Yeah. That’s the way it was. Hallway water fountains and milk at lunch. Also. Sandwich /lunch not packed into a cooler. Just getting warmer and warmer until lunchtime
