My Parents Are Going Through A Custody Battle Right Now. Any Ways To Cope?

I can sort of relate in a way but not directly. I really had issues with my parent splitting up. I'm not sure what the situation is but you should do anything that makes you happy. Always look towards the future and know that it's usually a lot brighter than whats happened thus far. Fear is also something that can block a lot of things the sooner your rid of fear the better. And I'm not just saying this, trust there have been times in my life I wonder "Why is this happening? or "What did I do to deserve this." I can't say I've figured out those answers entirely for myself, but I find helpful to stop asking some of those questions and just remember you. You know you so that's easy usually people fear the unknown but your not the unknown. Just know while the grass isn't always greener on the other side it must've been pretty bright over there for people to start talking about it.
