This beautiful plant is part of the bromeliad family, native to tropical locations, but also thriving indoors. All you'll need is to find a sunny spot for it, as it needs approximately 6 hours of sunlight each day. Also, it needs watering once a week, unless the soil does not hold water well. In that case, you'd need to water the pineapple twice a week.
