Ordered a kebab via JustEat from a takeaway I know to be a 7 minute drive from my house...10 if its rush hour.
Got the notification driver is on the way. 45 minutes later, still no sign of him. Call the restaurant, they say he's on his way (usual BS) I ask why the app said he's on his way 45 minutes ago, if he's only just left now. Don't give a straight answer and say he'll be there soon.
Food arrives. The box is squashed flat, food is clap cold, drinks are room temp.
I left a 1star review on JE.
Few weeks later, hankering for a kebab and decide to give them another chance, as they're the 2nd best kebab in the area...1st best on JE.
Same thing again. Driver is on the way. An hour later still no sign of him, call the restaurant, this time they say he left when the app sent the notification. I ask how many deliveries he's making before mine, I'm told mine is the only delivery he's taken out, to which I reply it doesn't take over an hour to get from A to B and I could drive to the next city and back in an hour..."ok boss" FFS
He arrives 20 minutes later, so nearly hour and a half in total.
I ask him why its taken so long. He claims he had other deliveries to make and he got lost and couldn't find my street, which is b******t because even though hard to find, he's been here a few times before.
I ask him to wait before leaving so I can check the food. Box is squashed and leaking everywhere, it's clap cold and the drinks are warm. Add to this he's got 3 of his mates in the car who keep shouting things in their own language and laughing their a*s off.
Left negative reviews everywhere I can think of and won't be using them again.
