My forty six year old niece with no known health issues was getting ready to leave and looking for her keys. Her son heard a strange noise and found her lifeless on the kitchen floor. Husband did cpr until the paramedics shocked her a few times to bring her back. She was incredibly lucky everything worked out. They said her heart just got out of rhythm and stopped. So scary and odd because there was nothing to blame or prevent. Sometimes it’s just your time.
