What Is One Thing That You Would Never Tell Anyone In Person, But Are Comfortable Saying Here?

I talk to the voices in my head. Now I might sound crazy so let me explain. I struggle with severe anxiety and i was told it helps to talk to yourself as if you were a different person. So I did. And I ended up getting into the habit without it helping. Some family members know but they don't know how deep it truly goes. Symphony does exist to me, but so does Lucy and Arianna. Am I crazy?

I have intrusive thoughts that tell me to do completely insane stuff, with no reason behind it. Like stuff that would land me in jail thank god I don't act on them.
