Just when you thought the clown thing was over... It's not. Wrinkles The Clown was recently spotted waving at cars in the middle of the night, on a rural Florida road. This is the first documented sighting of Wrinkles in quite a while, and with the release of Stephen King's IT hitting theaters in just a couple months, one has to wonder if the creepy clown craze is back again for an encore performance.
